Road trippin seems to be doing real well, what say we each take a state and post something about it, Like its major attractions, and even some of the off the wall stuff that is interesting to maybe look at? There was a lot of popular destinations in the early 50 & 60's that are still around but a lot of people dont know about them because they aren't on the major highways..... I know anytime I go anywhere I try to locate some interesting points about where we are heading... Just a thought  .... let me know if you would like to and we can keep a list of the states already posted and the ones to be posted for.  |

I figgure we can each take a state and look it up and post them when we find out anything good. I know we have posted a few things about the states, So not only can you do your home state but choose another you have never been to or would like to go to and research it and come up with some goodies.
Do you remember the movie Michael about the angel ( John Travolta? ) Remember he went to see the largest ball of twine... Things like that would be interesting....

Ok who wants to play? this board is doin great Buzzy has some great stuff on California, Makes me want to go there!! The other places are great also!!! Lets take and divide the country, East coast, Central, mid west and west, So lets start with East Coast. We have Maine NH VT RI Mass Con NJ NY Va PA WV OH NC SC GA FL. ( did I miss any? ) There are a few things posted on WV< VA< & PA but I know there are a lot more stuff out there A lot of history also!!! Ok Pick a state start a thread on it so everyone Knows you are working on that state and dig!!! LOL ;D Find out as much as you can about state parks, off the wall attractions, anything you can that you think is interesting, post all you can find!!! Just have fun doing it !!!!  |

I think it would be good to keep each state in a single thread and add to it. Does that make sense?  Like what I have been doing with Tennessee. It just keeps from having so many pages to look thru. JMO I'll work on Georgia since I have always wanted to go there. |
