mentally challenged pets
I have came to the conclusion almost all my pets are retarded.
Sadsack my ever faithful doggy companion. (mentally slow)
Psyclops, my one-eyed psycho kitty. (definitly retardo)
Ghengis Kat, All black and the one sane pet I have.
Kunta Kitty, another black cat. Aint old enuff yet to know if he's all there or not.
And Spot. Least its Spot till I come up with a real name. Gray striped with a teeny tiny white dot on the end of his tail. So if anyone has a good name suggestion, spit em out.
Sadsack is the last of a long line of thoroughbreds (beagle/german shepard/black lab) and his brother was a dang good rabbit dog. He would even go get em an bring em back to ya.
Not Sadsack, ummm nooosirreee! He might ( I say might) bark at one. But would rather not. Heck I dont know what he does when I aint here, he might actually chase sumthin. But while I'm here, its ME ME ME! Geeeesh!
I was tellin a friend earlier tonight. My cats dont come when ya holler "here kitty kitty" cuz they never heard it b'fore. The only one that would come would be Sadsack. He'll answer to anything. Even Alpo Time.
The other day I's sittin on the step an scratchin Sadsack's belly and tellin im all my problems an he's layin there contented actin like he was listenin, and I thought, Yaknow what? He's alot like me in this respect. I'll lay there an act like I'm listening as long as someone scratches my belly. But when yer done scratchin, I'm Gone!!! Just like my doggy. :)hehe
Still he's slow and man o man is he ever jealous of them cats. Like I said, the Me syndrome comes out alot.
Psyclops the cat came here that way. She acts like she's been tossed in front of a moving street sign. Blind as a bat in one eye and dont act real swift. Somehow manages to catch mice and rodents tho. (I bet she pays them to sit in her mouth while she walks in front of me) She can meow and hiss at ya in the same breath. (meybe its a female trait?) Her an Sadsack do NOT git along.
Ghengis the Warrior on the otherhand, Chases Sadsack hehe Is good to watch. Also Ghengis goes on our walks to the woods. He goes down holes that Sadsack is fraid to go. He's such a chickenshit. (the dog) For a dog, he shore is a wuss.
Oh yeah, I's talkin bout Ghengis. Shoot I think Ghengis is a better huntin buddy than my dog. Thats purty insulting, but its the truth.
The rest of the cats? Time will tell. Whenever I get some chickens, I magine they'll be stupid, too. Just seems to fit round here. Prolly havta feed em grasshoppers, be too lazy to catch em.

So I make sure she only gets a small handful at a time so she won't founder herself. We also make sure the other person in the house hasn't fed her... As for mongrel muts the Bassett thinks she is the all mighty Queen , she has to lay on a feather tic mattress, doesn't like getting her feet wet, won't go out in the rain.... and is skeered to death of thunder. Now on to the Aussie, she is one of those who has been doing self mutilation for the past couple of months. the vet says it is her nerves on account she don't have a job, and another pup was brought into the pack. So now I need to get rid of the other pup and see if that helps. If not she will have to be put on nerve meds ! Hmmm wonder if there is a natural herb that might work for her? have to look into that one 
Although my dog is kinda lazy, all he does all day is lay around sleeping, unless he is doing his workout, then he runs back and forth to the door, and wants out until you get there, then he goes and lays back down to go to sleep. 
and you forgot Miss Kitty she is REAL ANAL cause she has been spoiled!
