This is the same hawk I posted about the other day with the pics. Some people are just plain mean and evil and want to hurt something or somebody. I hope they punish him and make an example out of him. Maybe turn him loose in a crowd of the folks that are watching out for the hawks. An eye for an eye, (sling shots optional?) Give him a dose of rocks, see how he likes it.

They got a pic of him doing it and a federally protected bird? They should throw the book at him, in federal court!

I hope they find the guy. If you click on that same site I posted before, they update with new pics and you can click on them for archive of pics. These were taken yesterday. Here it is again. palemale-store.stores.yahoo.net/Here is Fridays archive and how they found out who that man was... www.palemale.com/july132007.htmlDetail of the happy criminal. His name (given to me by the NYS DEC Law Enforcement & NYPD) is ANTONIO TORRADO. He is an employee of a company hired by 1040 Fifth Avenue; DNA Contracting, Newark, NJ. I appealed to the building super and the manager of the contracting company how important it was to detain the perpetrator. I even had the NYS DEC speak to the manager of the contracting company on my phone who told him that Law Enforcement was on the way. Yet when the NYPD arrived and later the DEC police, the contractor claimed that they just fired the man and that he left the building without them knowing. I told them that was unacceptable and unexcusable! This man must be found and punished for what he did to Palemale!

Humans are the cruelest of beings in the animal world. I think this guy needs to be stoned like they used to do people in the Bible.

AMEN!! If the law would punish these (people) and I use that term loosly, for their cruelty maybe (people) would stop to realize that the animals that they hurt are living, feeling, creatures inhabiting the same earth we do, and should have the same respect asnd right to life.
