I have to go to an Endocronologist (weight and hormone doctor) once a month...when we was discussing the different things that I need to do to help while I am taking the medicine and getting my body back to "normal" ... so I will never be normal but atleast half way He told me that I could starve myself to death (quite literally) but I would die overweight, so to make sure that I eat properly and take my medicines to lose weight. Not to use the starving tactic. So I asked him what I could eat more of since I am such a finicky eater. He asked me what I like to eat and I told him, Peanut Butter, Green Beans, Popcorn and he said that I could eat all the Peanut Butter that I want to. People mistaken it for junkfood but it is a health food. ~sigh of relief~ He also told me that a person must walk 20,000 steps (5 miles) in a day in order to lose 2 pounds. He then also told me that the average American does NOT walk what they are suppose to and that is why our obesity levels are increasing. He has me on the road to recovery, so I will continue to listen to him as long as I think he is doing me good.

That is good cc. Yes, a lot of people do think it is junk food. Little do they know. I use to walk soooo much at work. Almost constant walking on one area that I worked.
