IF YOU DRING 1 TABLESPOON OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR IN A GLASS OF WATER IT WILL HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT! IT IS LIKE GRAPEFRUIT JUICE AND IS A FAT BURNER, MY MOM LOST WEIGHT THIS WAY,YOU DON'T LOSE LOTS OF WEIGHT BUT IT DOES HELP!

That is so true. I don't think I can get used to it tho. I have had kidney stones before. I heard it was good to use the vinegar and tried to, but it just isn't easy when it makes you gag.

mix it with water. if you add honey it tastes alil like lemonade. Honey with vinegar is sposta be good for arthritis. I aint read them articles. just from memory. Also remmber to use Cider vinegar. The brown stuff. Vinegar is also good for a sore thoat. like strep. I can attest to that one.
The first book I ever read pertaining to such was called, "Vermont Folk Medicine" by D.C. Jarvis. he was an doctor back in the fifties. Look it up.

I tried the cider vinegar with water and honey, it still made me gag. I just can't do it. I heard it was good for my pain and thats why I tried it. I hate throwing up...so have to pass on this cure.
