OK,these pictures were taking n.w.of Crivitz,Wi. at my parents land and cabin.I go there just about every weekend(i guess the gas prices hasn't stop me yet.) to feed my critters.Come july 1 i'll be about 11 miles north of there to run my hounds on county and state property,I belong to a hound club that has 5 acres in the middle of county forest in which i have a small trailer there......ooop's thanks Spydie.

Those are really cool.I have never yet here saw a bear and there all over the place,might have to bring your hounds here and flush them out.

I don't think your basset has the stamina to run very far,,,i'm down to 4 hounds,their breed is Plott,,,their names are Missy,Holly,Ethel,and Sara...

its been a rough weekend,i was moving a 55 gal.barrel of jelly and it slipped and landed on my big toe(smarts),,probaly heading to see the doc tomorrow,been running my dogs lately and haven't had a chance to check the deer cam..

Owie!!! I know that hurt! I don't think there is much they can do for a broke toe. Unless it broke up high then they might put a cast on your whole foot.
Take care and I hope it gets better soon. Let us know how it goes at the dr.
Oh yeah, and after what I been thru, if it was me, and had good insurance, I would say I hurt it at home and I know you will be treated far better!!! Just my opinion and experience of being just a number where I worked. Probably different where you work.
