Took a simple trip to Provo yesterday just an hour and a half away ,and got my a** handed to me onna platter ! We just went to 2 stores, but spent 4 hours there and when I got home last night it was all I could do to fix dinner ! after dinner I sat here on the sofa for an hour , then went straight to bed !!! I was done in slept straight through till 5 :15 this morning ! Boy this altitude is getting to me ! I feel like I am 70 when we are outta walking and everyone around here keeps saying "Drink more water " What the Hell does drinking water have to do with not being able to breathe real well !?!?!?!?!?! So if anyone has any ideas about how to keep me from getting worn down please let me know ! I will be running for the next 2 days with one off then off to the heart specialist on monday ! Thanks forum family !!!
