I love the old steam engines, my brother was quite a fan and left me a lot of books about them. That old barn is really cool too.

Cool pics SF! Thanks for sharin' 'em with us.
I just never considered you might be a kilt-wearin' kinda' guy HB...but ya know, it ain't really a stretch to think ya might enjoy wearin' one...if only for the amusement factor...
They're supposed to be real comfy, according to a guy who was wearin' one that I talked to at a mountain man rendezvous event a few years back.

Oh, I don't know...if ya had one the right length made from just the right eye-catching plaid and then had some coordinated socks with the ribbons, folks probably wouldn't even notice the longjohns.
I wanna' be there when ya wear your kilt for the first time in front of Sinker...heck, I'd even pay for that privilege.....that would be entertainment at it's very finest.

If any guy could pull off wearin' a kilt, it'd be HB...People just sorta' accept that HB hears a waayyy different drummer than most. Although I'd still wanna' be there for the first modelin' in fronta' Sinker...the comments would be priceless.
You need ta plan to stop and rest up in that area sometime and fish with HB and Sinker...oh my gosh! They are each very funny guys individually, but get 'em together and it's amazing. 'Bout all a person can do is sit there and listen in wide-eyed wonderment and try not to laugh, 'cuz if ya laugh, you'll miss something.
'Course there's the pesky little matter of an outta' state fishin' license but I can almost guarantee it'd be worth it for the entertainment value of fishin' with those two.
There's even a place to park a truck at a fishin' spot you can turn into right offa' 13. I always figured if I were a trucker, that's where my rest stop would be. If the lake is down, probably ain't a great fishin' spot though.
