Hail storm destroyed some of my garden

I have two different gardens about 50 miles appart. My biggest garden had all the lettuce sliced up by hail. My tomatoes had almost every branch broken. I never see anything like it. My lettuce was almost ginished anyway but the tomatoes have to b cut way back! Has anyone had a similar problem1

Ya, hail can do alotta damage to crops inna short time. Sorry for the bad luck on yer plants.

Aint had much hail, here yet, but have had rain almost everyday. Gotta garden fulla weeds.

most of my garden washed away or just plain drowned! sorry about your garden famfish, my tomatoes look real sick too much water and not enough sun i guess!
