Myron's amazing roast beef is a melt-in-your mouth pot roast recipe with fabulous flavor.Ingredients: 1 lean pot roast, about 2 to 3 pounds 1 jar (24 to 32 ounces) Greek salad peppers (pepperoncini) 3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped Preparation:Place the beef roast into slow cooker. Dump entire jar of peppers and liquid over it. Add garlic. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. I wouldn't necessarily call this "amazing"....1st night eating it was sorta' "hmmm...different, it's okay but not amazing"....2nd night leftovers are better....more pepperoncini flavor....good but still not amazing.
If you're looking for something a little different, it's worth a try, but don't get your hopes up too high because of the "amazing" in the title......

Well, I tried Amazing Pepperonicini sausage stur fry, last night.
A lil sausage and some of them peppers (since I can't spell or pronounce em) and some purple cabbage and some thin carrot sticks. and the usual slanted spices. ;D <-- slanted smiley
I thought bout calling it "Crouching Carrot, Hidden Sausage" since all them recipes got cool names.
Wasn't too bad. Ate the whole mess. Belly grumbled a bit when I went ta bed. Figgered it was gettin settled. Ate some baked beans tonight to help the cabbage along.
Nuttin else, its fuel for the crop duster.

the roast is real tasty on day 3....keeps getting more pepper flavor...too bad I didn't get a bigger roast. Along about day 6, it might actually be amazing.
