This is Dinky and her lil one. This is Snowflake and her lil silver haired baby. Blackie doesnt like havin her picture taken. Both were born Saturday morning. Dinky had anuther but we lost it. It was turned backwards. Dunno if that had anything to do with it or not. But both baby and mother are doin fine. And no, neither one has my eyes.

AH,How sweet. Our neighbor(Russ See) had goats when I was a little girl. He always brought the babies into town from his farm & he would let me & the other neighbor girl bottle feed them. We really enjoyed it.

aaawww, they are so precious! Sorry she lost one. But glad she had one to survive. It is normal to have two? Aren't they the really small goats?

Cute. Gotta love the babies like that. When we had goats most of the time the nans had twins and several times triplets. That's where the bottle feeding came in. Raised many of em on the bottle.
It's always hurt when we lost a newborn like that. Daddy and me had to help our nans deliver their babies sometimes. We had a few born breech (I think that's the term).
Keep em warm, HB and make sure they get all the nans milk they can the first few days. That's so very important. It has all the minerals and nutrients the little ones need to survive.
