My little buddy

Sometimes on here, I talk about my little buddy that comes to visit me. He is a little doggie from down the road. He came again today and I let him in the house where it was cool. He stayed in a good while. I went outside to go to mailbox and he came with me. I was petting him when a truck pulled in the driveway. A man and two little girls got out. I thought, oh no. lol
They didn't say anything at first but I notice jellybean ran up to the bigger little girl. I said, is this your little doggie. They said yes. I said I was sorry but he comes over to visit me all the time and since its been so hot I let him come inside to cool off. The man said that was ok, but it was so hot they were worried about him when he disappeared. I asked what breed he is and they said he is a terrier, not a jack russell. I said, I call him jellybean, what is his name? They said, his name is Bentley. They laughed at me calling him jellybean. lol
I said I was sorry about him coming over here but when he sees me he just makes a beeline to me. The guy said that was ok, and he thanked me for taking good care of him when he is over here.
I wonder if they will keep him inside now or pen him up, or what. I may not get to see him anymore.
I know its not safe for him to cross the road but I can't stop him from coming here. I have seen him go on down the road at other times also but he doesn't stay very long, and comes back.

How sweet, Bentley. Jellybean is cute to. What made you think of that name.?? Well I hope you get to see him again. If not maybe you ought to get your own Jellybean.

awwww....poor Spydie. I hope you get to see him again. I guess the way I feel about that is if they cared for their dog they wouldn't let him be running loose and taking a chance on getting run over.

Next time he came over there I would take him in the house and make him a house dog and he would be mine.

I hadn't seen my lil buddy since Saturday.

Wed. he came to see me and stayed all day. and part of the night. I decided I was going to take his pic. Well apparently he isn't used to having his pic taken and he acted silly the whole time. Here are a few I got without him moving around. lol

Those are soooo good. I can't imagine life without my lil dog. Right now she is in the bed here beside the computer wrapped up under 2 quilts snoring.

He's cute, yep he is, but my heart belongs to a big gawky mutt named Lilo, LOL

well Spydie If I lived closer to you I would give you a special lil girl Whom I hate to part with but I have too many dogs. Her name is Honeybear and she is a pretty lil bassett hound. I found her 3 years ago. or was it 4 but any way I have to find her a home cause of traveling around so much, I have to find homes for 2 dogs and maybe even my cat. This is breaking my heart to part with her. She is so special . She loves to wear her dresses in the summer and her sweaters in the winter. She also has a lil scarf she wears.

He is so cute. Maybe the owners figured he was visiting you so they didn't worry about him being gone so long? but all day and part of the night seems like a long time for them not to check.
