I just put in my first zipper in 30 some years!!!!!!!! Lord I was so afraid I'd screw it up and it went in perfect! On one of the granddaughter's skating dresses, first one I've done with a zipper. I done GOOD!!!!!! ;D

I remember when momma use to make all my clothes, she would always get frustrated putting in zippers. She'd tell me pick patterns that have elastic in the waist. That was ok when I was little but in high school I wanted slacks with zippers.

 wow do I feel old. We couldn't wear anything but skirts and dresses. There was one time when we wore culots. Sheeesh, how ya spell that word, you know those skirts that looked like a skirt but was divide in the middle. We sure are looking forward to seeing the pics of all your labors buzzie. Especially if she is wearing them. Can't wait!
