Ummmm .... I have only completely finished 2 quilts. I have 3 others that are almost done (just need the bindings sewn on). I'd be happy to share with you crafters . One of my newest is a dragon quilt for my son. It is a mostly black quilt, and with the wet weather and his dog he sleeps with, who sheds like crazy, I haven't been in any hurry to finish it until we get the dog and weather back under control. The dog is definitely about to become an outside dog! lol. I am gluing little crystals on for the dragon eyes, and I don't wanna have to wash it every week and watch all the little eyes fall off! lol. I'll get some pictures soon though. Ooo, they have little crystals and such that you can "iron" on instead of gluing them. I've used them on skating dresses and they stick real good, even after washing. The tool you use to put them on looks like a woodburning tool (but don't use one of those, they get WAY TOO HOT!!!! ) They call them "hot fix" and there's lots of them on Ebay. The tool runs $15 to $20 and the crystals are more expensive, like $2.99 for 18 at the craft/sewing stores, unless you buy them by the gross on Ebay, then you can get a pretty good price, lots of colors, about 52 if I remember right. I got my starter stuff at Hancock Fabrics. The crystals come in different sizes and shapes too.
