Fishing Vacation

beins I took off a weekend for fishing, I thawt I mite post a few fish pics.

Sat nite. 5 and a 3



Sunday. didnt getta pic of the first fish as it went back into the water. It was an itty bitty thing. Second fish, however, Got its pic took. #23 Blue.



Went on ta catch nine more blues ranging from 2-11 pounds. Took home nine fish totaling #55. Was JM's first big fish trip. Was a good thing. He told me later he was bout to give up an sell his equipment if he didnt start catching fish. Talk bout someone bein on cloud nine, He was!

JM called his Mom an lil brother an had em come in for fish. Yers truly got ta fry it.

Sumpthin bout that pregnant lookin blue. I split its belly open an a bouta 13 inch crappie slid out. Biggest fish I ever seen in one.

Went this evening (Monday night) and cawt three in the 2-3 pound range.

Oh yeah, the 23 pounder was CPR'd.

Thats what I thawt too, Chef. Thawt meybe it was some of my kin. But then if ya cant eat yer kin...........well nevermind.
But catfish eat their kin, so it must be alright. ;D

He's perty big ta qualify as a kid, but I'll count him! I talked ta Jeremiah (JM) next day, and I'm bettin th feller that discovered gold at Sutter's Mill in 1849 wasn't ary bit more excited! I spect I'll see th day when his wife'll say "It's all that dern Bob's fault!" LOL
