Blueberry-Lime Margarita
1. Ingredients
2 cups ice 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 cup blueberry nectar 1/4 cup seltzer 2 tablespoons frozen limeade 1 tablespoon lime juice 3 ounces tequila (optional) 1 lime wedge Coarse salt
2. Cooking Directions Combine ice, blueberries, blueberry nectar, seltzer, limeade, lime juice and tequila, if using, in a blender and blend until smooth. Rub rim of 2 glasses with lime wedge and dip in salt. Divide the margarita between the prepared glasses and serve. Yield: 2 servings

Mint Julep
1. Ingredients
1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar 5 fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup bourbon Crushed ice 1 mint sprig for garnish
2. Cooking Directions Add the sugar, the mint leaves and a few drops of the bourbon to a chilled glass. Muddle or crush the mint with a spoon to create a thick paste. Add a handful of crushed ice to the glass. Place a straw so that it reaches the mint paste at the bottom of the glass. Pour the remaining bourbon over the ice. Add more crushed ice, making a mound that reaches to the top of the glass and leaving about 1 inch of the straw peeking above the rim. Garnish with a mint sprig. Yield: 1 servings

Iced Cafe au Lait
A simple iced coffee recipe, heavy on the milk. A quick iced coffee recipe is very handy in the summer. No reason to go without your coffee just because the heat is up. INGREDIENTS: 2 1/4 cups coffee, cold 2 cups milk 2 cups crushed ice PREPARATION: Blend all ingredients until frothy. Serve over ice

Sparkling Jasmine Iced Tea
A sparkling iced tea, flavoured with jasmine and brown sugar syrup. A change from the ordinary, with a sweet and floral flavour. INGREDIENTS: 4 cups water, boiling 3 tbs loose jasmine tea 1 cup brown sugar 1 1/4 cups sparkling water PREPARATION: Dissolve sugar in 3/4 cup of water, and boil gently until a syrup has formed. Set aside and let cool. Steep the jasmine tea in the remaining 3 cups of hot water for around 6 minutes. Strain out tea, and let cool slightly. .
In a pitcher, combine syrup and tea. Stir or whisk until fully blended. Add sparkling water and cool thoroughly. Serve over ice. Can be served with cinnamon sticks, lemon slices or mint sprigs.

I want the recipe for a Margarita Swirl. Had one once at a Mexican restaurant and it was great! It was a frozen Margarita with Sangria wine swirled through it.
