Ok so I cheated a lil on this one ;D Take a pound of vinison, beat with a meat hammer till tender , In 1 bowl beat 2 eggs with 1 Tablespoon of water, in another bowl have flour... In a cast skillet heat oil or fat , dip meat in egg mixture , then into flour and place in hot grease. Add salt and Pepper, Fry till brown only. Place onto dry cookie sheet and then into the oven at 350 for about 10 min. In the meantime take one of those wonderful packages of Mccormic Country gravy mixes and follow directions... Take meat out of oven, place on plate and pour a lil gravy over the top. Tastes just like Cracker Barrell Country fried steak... I had to make Mashed Potatoes and fried Potatoes both... ;D
