Theres a feller her that installed one of these bike motors on his bike. an rides the dang thing everywhere. Rides to work. Even the town where walmart is that bout 30 miles up the road. They had these several years back here in California. For some reason they never seemed to really catch on, but it would be a better alternative to me than riding a big motorcycle!

how much gas can it hold? how far can ya go and still be able to get back?

Gas tank holds bout half a gallon. An that should get ya bout 75 miles or so.
An if ya took along one of em lil plastic soda bottles fulla gas, you could prolly make it another 20 or so miles.

That would be right handy fer daily trips to work or shopping and I spose if ya did run outa gas you could just pedal on home

Ya mite havta down size yer shoppin a bit. Just what wud fit in yer basket on on the rack. if ya had one.
Heck, I could work an go to town all month onna gallon of gas. I'd havta drive truck to get pig feed tho. or fish.

That is so cool. Would be good for country roads that don't have much traffic. You would get run over in my neighborhood tho. They drive too fast around here.

Well these here bikes in Holland have saddle bags on a rack on the back and I can fit half a shopping buggy worth of stuff in them. HHMMMMM I wonder if I see a new market in my future. Needless to say my bike is coming with me when I leave here.
