Not sure what this stuff is called, but.... Ya take a pack of that finely shredded slaw mix an dump it in the skillet. Then add either a tad bit of water or bacon grease. (depends on yer cholestrol) Add a small pinch in ground ginger, salt, pepper, and splash in some Worchestershire sauce. Stick the lid on an simmer till done. Not bad stuff. I can eat a whole skillet full in one sitting. Cept it gives me gas.  I like it cuz its fast an easy. |

Maybe you should have wished it Cupcake haha Myself and the youngest are the only two that will eat cabbage Papafrog doesnt even want me to cook it cause it stinks up the whole house so I go up the road when mother -in-law cooks it, um um good Hb I will have to give this to her she will love it UMMMM UMMM GOOOD. I used to buy cabbage and cornbeef when I went grrocery shopping and would go by my moms and drop it off and she would be cooking it while I brought the rest of the groceries home and put them up and would fix the rest of the bunch some real quick and then go back to moms and eat on cornbeef & cabbage until I would be misable HAHA ~ laughing ~

I just had a bag of cabbage and was going to make slaw with it the other day but did not have anything to make the slaw dressing with and what I used was not too great ,had I know about this I would have made it.. Sounds sooooooooo good.

Hmmmm, change the worcestershire to lite soy sauce, add some shredded carrots and thinly sliced onions and mushrooms, and you've got stirfry!!!! Delicious.  |

I HAVE TO AGREE WITH CUPCAKE ON THIS I LIKE RAW CABBAGE BUT I DON'T LET ANYONE COOK THAT NASTY STUFF IN THE HOUSE CAUSE IT STINKS REAL BAD AND THE TASTE OF COOKED CABBAGE MAKES ME GAG. THANK GOD THAT NO ONE LIKES IT HERE CAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE TO COOK IT ON THE GRILL OR SOMETHING. AND THANK GOD THAT PAPA OWL DON'T LIKE IT CAUSE HE GETS GAS FROM A GLASS OF WATER SO I DON'T THINK HE NEEDS TO EAT ANY CABBAGE.
