I don't know that this exactly qualifies for cheap livin, but I gotta brag about the deal I got on a second hand laptop. 1 yr old Toshiba satellite A205 for $250.

I loved the old Acer, and was devistated then it died, but I don't think it will take long to get used to this one.

Best part is I was able to put my old Hard drive in the toshiba, and didn't lose so much as a single email.

I was lucky enough for hubby to get me one for Christmas last year. so it is almost a year old.

I got my laptop, Compaq Notebook, from Best Buy last year and still lovin it. It was $299 on sale, 2 gb, which is plenty for me, along with some flash drives I got this last week for a couple of projects. I got a bigger screen than my dad has on his HP regular Laptop. You got a good deal telly!
