Tomato and Mayo sandwich ... with fresh, arm-dripping, vine ripe tomatoes and of course, a good sprinkle of salt. All on fresh, soft, all-natural Pumpernickle bread. Attachments:

Ever try a grilled cheese like that with a little spaghetti sauce added inside it? It is really good, kind of like a pocket pizza.

Haven't tried that tentfire, but it sounds good. But then I'd hafta add pepperoni and black olives, LOL.
Tonight I'm havin' potato chunks with fresh green beans with garlic butter over them. Just the taters and green beans, don't feel like havin' no meat.

I don't know what brand they are, but my folks gets hotdogs from COSTCO and they are soooo good. They're the big ones too that don't get lost in the bun. My dad throws em on the BBQ. Gonna have tuna salad sammiches tonight, with kosher dill pickles.

I LOVE breakfast for Supper. Last night I had BBQ in that town to the SE of me. Got the senior buffet - $6.49 'stead of $9.99, 'cuz I'm old according to them. They think you're old younger than most places. Don't mind admittin' my age with that kinda' savings. Fixed one of those baked taters piled with pulled pork, baked beans and coleslaw...like they have up there at that place south of you, HB. Yum, yum!!! And really good apple cobbler to finish it out. Hadda' stop there 'cuz I was out and about puttin' up flyers for the 5K, and they have a real good community bulletin board that's seen by lots & lots of people.

Tonight I'm havin' baked sweet tater with cooked onions on top and butter, little bit of brown sugar and cinnamon. Also going to cook some linguica to go with it. So it's kinda part breakfast, part dinner. Clam chowder for lunch.

LOL. If he was so good then how you figger it was a waste of time? I'd say it was a good investment! What kinda chicken rub did ya use? I use Pappy's for everything, cause my family likes it. I get the 50% less salt kind and no one even knows, LOL. I gotta a dry rub recipe last week for Dave's Famous BBQ Ribs. It's a copycat recipe and my son and his wife love the restaurant, there's one in Fresno. So I'm sure he'll be tickled to have the recipe for it.
