I get ancy or aggrivated quickly.... anyone else have these type of headaches ? Just wondering... I get migraines but this is not one of them it is different.....

Do ya still have your old glasses? Maybe ya could go back to them for a coupla' days to see if the headaches go away? Progressives also made me feel off balance (more than usual ...)...a lil' more severe than i had and it woulda' been right on into dizzy. P.S. I know lotsa' people who wear glasses....know several people who've tried progressives and couldn't wear 'em...only know one who wears 'em and likes 'em.....(did sorta' an informal survey with everyone i knew when i was havin' trouble with 'em....)

Most of the worst ones get taken care of by the local Bone Cracker. And then, my local health professional says, : Ya ever think it might be yer blood pressure?". Nawww, cuddnt be that. ~grin I've had headaches all my life. I would more likely believe it was a gas buildup from brain farts. But I have had neck problems for, well, I cant remember when it started. A couple wrecks didnt help any, I dont spose. Still, a trip to the bone cracker helps tremendously and learning some bout accupressure helps and then some over the counter drugs. Sometimes a cup of hot willow bark tea will do wonders. Com'mere and I'll do summa that accupressure on ya. The kids at work think its the best thing since sliced bread.

I get bad headaches sometimes (woke up with one this morning). Mine are usually from needing a new piller for my bed, or having slept with one all bunched up the wrong way.

Whatever is causin' 'em, I hope ya can figure it out and find it ain't any kind of big deal. Headaches are miserable!
In thinkin' about it, HB might really be onto something with maybe needin' to go to a chiropractor. A lil' somethin' outta' whack can put the hurt on ya in unbelievable ways.

our neighbor went to a bone cracker here ( the only one ) and they cracked her neck (literally ) and she had to go have it fused together. the lawyer told her since they didn't take x rays before the "adjustment" that nothing could be done to prove he did it...... So no bone cracker here is gonna touch me !

My dad goes to a bone cracker, has for several years. Back goes outta whack if he don't. It's from spending years and years bent over the front end of cars working on em. That's why he's perty much deaf too. Has to wear hearing aids. (Has its advantage there, iffen my mom gets to nagging too much, he can just reach up and turn em off!)

SF...what an awful experience for your neighbor!....sure can't blame ya for not wantin' to go to that one!!! Buzzie, you dad has perfected the skill of "selective hearing" that most men seem to have...... ...after a month and a half of a whole lotta' b.s. in my lil world, i'm beginnin' to think the men are onto somethin' with that skill........

Nope, it's not selective, it's defensive hearing, LOL. Most times I wish my ears had a on and off switch when I'm around my mom. She just can't stop telling everyone what she thinks or thinks they should do, or criticizing. I don't think I can spend two hours in her house without hearing something about my weight.

As to the headaches - it sound like the kind I am getting when I eat something I am allergic to. MSG is the beg one and then the sulfites hidden in food (wine, dried fruit, etc). They can be also caused by dehydration - you need to drink at least 1/2 gallon of water daily. I think you would need to find out what causes your headache first and then try to correct it. One of my favorite herbal remedy website is this herballegacy.com/search.php?zoom_sort=0&zoom_query=headaches&zoom_per_page=10&zoom_and=1. Perhaps you will find some help there. I used to have very bad headaches but if I am better now. I hope you will find the cure.

SF, Allen had a med he was taking for his blood pressure that gave him real bad headaches. Could it be a new med you are taking. When they figured out what was causing his, they changed him to something new. You need to ask your doc about them if they keep up.

You are welcome, Naturelovr. You might want to check Cayenne pepper on that site as well. My husband and I take it regularly. It's not as bad as it sounds. It will help with a lot of different health problems and it will keep you warm for sure! :~D Seriously, it is a wonder herb. The medicine researches cayenne's healing properties as well.

It is a small world, isn't it, WV? My son is taking this school via correspondence. I learned from him a lot. He is also making his own 'potions' for different health problems. As to the cayenne, how are you taking it? we started with a little bit on the tip of the spoon, mixed it in a small amount of water, but before we take it, we drink a glass of water first, then the bit of water with the cayenne and then another glass of water. it's not too bad and worth the benefit. gradually increase the cayenne to a teaspoonful. now we take a teaspoonful of cayenne that is 180,000 heat units - very hot!!!! But it works, so the few secs of discomfort is sure worth it. Good luck with it. One more thing - take it six days a week and one day off. apparently our bodies work on a six-day cycle.

i use red pepper in bout everything I cook at home. Usually in place of black pepper. Cuz well, its better for ya. Least i think so. I tell the kids at work that complain bout cold feet to just put a pinch in with some talcum powder and dust their shoes on the inside. But not too much or they'll have Hot feets.

After visiting that site you posted above, I think I may have met one of the students from that school, along time ago. bout thirty or so prolly. It was a gal that prfessed she was a Herbolist of sum sort and had studied Iridology. The study of the eye and what it means health wise. She said ya take a picture of yer eye and read the spokes around the iris. Different areas had to do with different parts of the body. Kinda like reflexology, only different. Funny I still remember that and thats where I learned bout adding cayenne to yer shoes for cold feet.
