My favorite fruit in all the world ! Found a few good recipes for peaches the first one is a Mimosa (non alcoholic) thought would really cool you down !!!
Peachy Mimosas
2 cups orange juice, chilled
2 cups peach nectar, chilled
1 bottle (1 liter) regular or nonalcoholic dry champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
1) In 1 1/2-quart pitcher, mix orange juice and peach nectar.
2) Pour champagne into glasses until half full. Fill glasses with juice mixture.
This one adds a little kick to it for relaxing
Peachy Orange Cream Cocktail
Vanilla Simple Syrup
1 vanilla bean
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 slices fresh orange
Orange Cream Cocktail
2 slices fresh or frozen (thawed) peaches
1 slice fresh orange
1/4 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup (1 1/2 teaspoons)
1 oz vodka (2 tablespoons)
4 oz lemon-lime soda (1/2 cup)
1) Split vanilla bean lengthwise into halves. Scrape out seeds with tip of small knife. Set aside.
2) To make Vanilla Simple Syrup, in 1-quart saucepan, mix sugar, water, vanilla seeds and bean. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; set aside 1 hour to cool. Discard vanilla bean. Pour syrup into glass jar. Cover jar; refrigerate until needed. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
3) To prepare cocktail, mash peach and orange slices with spoon in bottom of glass. Top with 1 1/2 teaspoons of the vanilla simple syrup and the vodka; add ice and soda. If desired, garnish with additional fruit slices or mint sprig.

Peach-Berry Smoothies
2 cups Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free strawberry yogurt
1 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches or nectarines
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup crushed ice
1) In blender or food processor, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth.
2) Pour into 4 glasses. Serve immediately
Fresh Peach Cobbler
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 cups sliced fresh peaches (6 medium)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons shortening
1 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
Cream, if desired
1_ Heat oven to 400º.
2) Mix 1/2 cup sugar, the cornstarch and cinnamon in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in peaches and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole; keep peach mixture hot in oven.
3) Cut shortening into flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, the baking powder and salt in medium bowl, using pastry blender or crisscrossing 2 knives, until mixture look like fine crumbs. Stir in milk. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto hot peach mixture.
4) Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm with cream if desired.
