Well the boy got a deer last week, His first that was all fine and dandy 
BUT when your own Hubby comes down off the hill and says I Need you that aint good..... 
Seems the boy gut shot it, then Hubby couldnt remember how to show him how to gut it and clean it. So here I go to the rescue. Of course I had to show the boy, in the dark no less by flashlight, then brought it to the house, hung it , showed him how to skin it, then the next day had to show him how to clean it and cut it up. 
( did I forget to mention Hubby was a city boy until he met me 11 years ago 
) And I have been doing this for 35 years ? LOL SO after all was said and done the boy has decided that Walmart has all the meats he could want. he is NEVER going hunting again, he is gonna be a famous rock star playing drums in a band, he will never have to live by killing anything again ... ( BTW this is hubby's boy not mine) My lil idiots have killed so many deer that it only takes the oldest one 10 min from the time he gets it home, to having the meat in the fridge and the youngest knows how to cold pack it....
So any hoo, Tomorrow is Muzzle loader season. Hubby aint got the first deer this season . I told him its cause he couldnt remember how to clean it so mother nature is not letting him have any !!!
