Nice day ta be doin sumpthin sides working. Well, was till the wind came up. I acutally got up before noon and went with mike fishing. I caught the first that mita weighin atta whopping half pound. I hadda reel in his fishine cuz he was nowher to be found when his reel took off. I hollared to no avail. Found out his was in the woods takin a dump. This lil fishie was prolly more like four or five pounds. He wudda enjoyed catchin it. I finally talked him into converting over to bigger equipment. He gots one of Papa's 9's and a Berkley rod. Anyway, here ya go. be very jealous. ;D He wanted to make sure everyone I showed this to, knew whos pole they were cawt on. And wrote my name on my fish.    |

If I remember right HB doesn't have a recipe for good hushpuppies....anyone have any suggestions?

Me an Mudd went out Sat night. Only thing I caught was in the minner net in the bucket. I dipped bait. Mudd hadda line take off and then quit. Figger sumpthin musta hit the line. Still had bait when he reeled it in. Was a nice night tho. Lake was like glass. Why cudn't it be like that when I wanna take the canoe out.  |

Beautiful day out today!! 78 degrees and lots of sunshine. Warmin up that water and wakin up the fishys. Anybody have any luck??
