New boat!

Gotta new 1955 Richline, 12 foot semi-V, Monday. Hauled it home on top of the car. Doesn't fit very well. Put a new transom on it and a new seat board. Still got some odds an ends to do. Found it leaks alil. Actually the title says 11 foot and it measures eleven and a half.

Took it out last night. Powered it with Mud's trollin motor. The G forces bout threw ya in the back. Hadd a perty fair night of fishing. Mud cawt a nice blue and a dink. I cawt a smaller (but keeper) blue. then we cawt a nice sized chuckle head channel onna jug. Finally I get to eat fish after a month. lol Do need some sorta better pole holders tho. And seats with backs. I got chilly and put my life jacket on. Then hadda sit on the board seat. My butt went to sleep.

Hey hilly, I made mine out of pvc pipe, works pretty good.

Most folks I fish with use PVC holders of some sort. I'll prolly go thataway. Here's a couple pics from when I first got it. I replaced the last seat and painted it and the middle one. The front seat needs replaced as well. You can kinda see the wheels on the back for moving it around. Also, there's a pipe T fitting on the back of the middle seat. Owners said it was there when they got it. I'm guessing it was to hold a lantern?

Really good lookin fish. Nice boat, lookin like tween the boat and camper you should be pretty busy for a while.
