oooh, you be careful. You want those shots to last as long as possible since there is a limit to how many and how often. I know you are excited about feeling better but take care, owl.

Glad you are feeling better owl. Just be careful and don't overdo it. I know whatca mean about a big yard. It takes me a 1/2 day to mow this one. I have to start back in the pasture today. I need a tractor with a bush hog. I keep telling hubby I want one for Christmas. Like everything else it goes in one ear and out the other.

FROGGIE YOU ARE NOT TOO OLD TO LEARN HOW TO PLANT CORN, BUT IF YOU WANT CORN PLANTED HERE YOU WILL TILL UP THE GROUND AND TAKE CARE OF IT YOURSELF! IF YOU ARE A " GOOD GIRL" MAYBE I WILL HAVE SOME LETTUCE AND WILL MAKE YOU SOME WILTED LETTUCE WHEN YOU COME FOR YOUR VISIT IN JULY. AND THE REASON THE GARDEN KEEPS GETTING SMALLER IS BECAUSE ALL OF YOU KIDS ARE MOVING OUT AND GETTING LIVES OF YOUR OWN AND HOMES OF YOUR OWN, YOU HAVE A YARD GO AND PLANT SOMETHING THERE!

THATS CAUSE GRANDMAS ARE SPECIAL SO WHATEVER IS AT MY HOUSE LOSES IT SPECIALNESS WHEN IT LEAVES HERE!LOL! AND I WAS NOT BEING MEAN, YOU COULD GROW A FEW GREEN BEANS AND SOME LETTUCE AT YOUR HOUSE THEY DON'T TAKE ALOT OF ROOM TO GROW BUT CORN IS ANOTHER THING IT DOES TAKE ALOT OF SPACE THAT IS WHY I DONT GROW IT ANYMORE I DONT FEEL LIKE HAVING A GARDEN THAT BIG ANYMORE!

I didn't grow any corn this year. Seems like every year about the time it gets silking and tasseling we have a wind storm thru here and it gets beat to the ground. There's a man about a mile down the road grows the peaches and cream corn and then another kind called silkless. When you shuck it practially every silk comes right off. It taste just as good as peaches and cream. I'm gonna get a few dozen ears from him to put up on the cob. I was just joking with ya earlier owl when I said Ouch. I did plow the south garden this morning and did nothing but cause a dust storm. Sure is getting dry here even though we got a good rain last Friday, there is no moisture in the ground.

YEAH I WAS JOKING WITH YOU FROGGIE, BUT YOU REALLY COULD PUT OUT A SMALL GARDEN AND I BET THE KIDS WOULD GET KICK OUT OF PLANTING AND TENDING A SMALL GARDEN NOT TO MENTION IT WOULD GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO DO, LITTLE MAN HELPS ME SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO WATCH AND GIVE THEM DIRECTIONS ON WHAT TO DO! AND I KNOW THAT JR WOULD REALLY LIKE IT , NOT SURE ABOUT JESSICA CAUSE SHE WOULD GET HER HANDS DIRTY ( GOD FORBID) OR JENNA EITHER!MAYBE NEXT YEAR YOU CAN HAVE A GARDEN WITH BEANS AND TOMATOES AND LETTUCE, NOT HARD TO DO JUST TIME CONSUMING!!!!
